Our client is a trusted leader in providing cutting-edge wireless and public safety communication solutions, specializing in DAS and related technologies. They are seeking a proactive and experienced DAS Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate DAS-related construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and efficiency.

Focus:
- Serve as the primary liaison between field teams, the CEO, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Oversee all phases of DAS construction projects, including pre-construction site walks, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site supervision.
- Directly supervise and support field teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and team briefings to maintain alignment with project goals.
- Manage daily records of progress, changes, and site conditions, communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to track budgets, collect payments, and maintain compliance with project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks while continuously improving operational processes.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing construction projects, preferably within DAS or low-voltage telecommunications infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of DAS systems, including public safety and cellular applications.
- Proven ability to lead teams of low-voltage electricians or DAS technicians, with expertise in managing crews of 10+.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software, such as Asana or Monday.com.
- OSHA certification preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites up to 75% of the time.
